A deposit may be required in the following situations:
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled without notice. A deposit will be required to book your next appointment.
If you do not show up at all, you will no longer be able to book future appointments with us.
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will require a deposit to book your next appointment.

Both free and paid parking spots are available nearby. Free parking spots are extremely limited, so please plan accordingly.
Please avoid applying lotion or oils to your hands or nails before your appointment — it can affect polish or gel adhesion.
If you have existing gel, acrylic, or dip polish, let us know in advance so we can schedule time for safe removal.
Let us know if you have any allergies or sensitivities (e.g., to latex or specific products) before your appointment.

Avoid Water for the First Few Hours: Let your nails fully set before getting them wet.
Be Gentle With Your Hands: Don’t use your nails as tools — protect your investment!
Use Cuticle Oil Daily: Hydrate your cuticles to keep the area healthy and soft.
Wear Gloves for Chores: Cleaning products and water can lift polish or acrylics.
Avoid Picking or Peeling: This damages both the polish and the natural nail underneath.
Moisturize Regularly: Use hand lotion to keep your skin and nails nourished.
Don’t Bite or Chew Nails: It weakens and deforms both natural and enhanced nails.
Avoid Direct Heat: Fresh nails may react to heat (e.g., saunas or hot water) in the first 24–48 hours.
Watch for Signs of Infection: Redness, swelling, or pain? Don’t ignore it — consult your nail tech or a doctor.
